According to Tampa Bay Network To End The Hunger, their hunger gap map is shown above indicates that the Unversity Area Community highlighted in red has no good supply and demand to serve the area and end hunger.

The Hope Center provides solutions to poverty and hunger through the Hope Market, Hope Closet, Meal Sites, School Pantries, and Mobile Food Outreaches.
